Cookie policy
The application uses local storage for the selected color theme and, when Google Analytics is configured, for the visitor's analytics choice. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights do not set analytics cookies through this implementation. Google Analytics 4 stays unloaded until explicit permission and may then use the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id>.

What this notice covers
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, device identifiers, and scripts that store or access information on a device.
This notice describes the application code in this repository. A production audit of the active hosting, security, and provider configuration is still required before making a complete statement about every technology that may be used at the infrastructure layer.
Current application inventory

Analytics and advertising
The current website code includes Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page views and custom funnel events, plus Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous real-user performance measurements. This implementation does not enable Vercel analytics cookies. It does not include a tag manager, advertising pixel, social-media tracking widget, or behavioral advertising cookie.
Google Analytics 4 is conditional: its tag is not loaded unless a valid measurement ID is active and the visitor explicitly chooses Accept analytics cookies. After permission, Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> and receive page views and non-personal interaction events.
Custom analytics events are limited to non-personal interaction context such as locale, CTA placement, selected sales-interest category, outcome, and error category. One Talks-specific events may also include a public event or resource identifier, catalog track or format, filter selection, and counts. The application never sends names, email addresses, organizations, free text, country or time-zone values collected by forms, complete form values, chat text, or other personally identifiable information to any analytics provider.
Infrastructure and security providers
Hosting and security services may use request signals, tokens, or storage needed to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse, or respond to security events. The active production behavior and duration of any provider-managed value are not defined in this repository.
A verified provider inventory should be added here if production testing or provider configuration identifies any such value.
Your choices
You can switch the color theme at any time. You can also remove ohc-theme through your browser's site-data or local-storage controls; the site will then use the device preference until another theme is selected.
When a valid Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the site asks for an explicit cookie preference and keeps Google Analytics unloaded until Accept analytics cookies is selected. Choosing Reject optional cookies leaves it off. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time to grant or withdraw permission; withdrawal disables further Google Analytics collection by the application and removes accessible _ga cookies. If no valid measurement ID is configured, the Google Analytics tag and its preference control are not loaded.

This notice must be updated when storage technologies or providers change. The date shown above identifies the application inventory described by this version.
