Privacy policy
This notice describes the behavior that can be verified from the current website. It does not claim compliance with a particular privacy law, and it does not replace information that depends on the website operator's verified corporate or contractual details.

Scope and operator information
This notice applies to the public One Hundred Company website and the interactions described below.
One Hundred Company is the name used by this website. A legal entity name, registered address, registration number, tax identifier, governing jurisdiction, and dedicated privacy contact have not been verified for publication, so this notice does not invent or imply them.
Information involved
When a page is requested, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. The application does not define the provider-level collection or retention settings for that infrastructure.
When you use One, the conversation sent in the request is processed to generate a response through Groq. The application does not write conversation content to an application database and instructs responses not to be cached. It records operational metadata such as outcome, duration, character counts, source count, and next-step category, not the message text. Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable service configuration and provider terms, which are not established by this code.
When you submit the sales form, its values are validated by the application server and delivered to the configured business inbox through the transactional email provider. If direct delivery is unavailable, you can choose a mailto email-draft fallback; that message is then handled by your email provider, the receiving service, and the people who receive it.
When you request registration for a published One Talks event, the form collects your name, work email, locale, and consent confirmation; organization, role, and an accessibility request or question are optional. The server validates those values, loads the published event, and derives its track, country, date, and format from the catalog rather than accepting them from the form. It then delivers the request to the configured inbox through Resend.
The separate Register your interest form is for a company or organization to request an enterprise event. It collects your name, work email, company, selected ISO country or region code, delivery preference, estimated audience size, preferred date, event context, locale, and consent confirmation; role is optional. The server validates the email, country code, whole-number audience size, and a real preferred date that is not in the past before delivering the request through Resend.
A successful server response to an event-registration request acknowledges receipt but does not automatically confirm a place; any seat confirmation is communicated separately. An enterprise event request is not registration for a listed event, invitation, reservation, confirmed date, or promise that One Hundred Company will contact you.
The application does not write sales or One Talks form values to its own database. Operational logs record delivery and security status metadata without personally identifiable information or form content.
Vercel Web Analytics processes aggregate page views and non-personal funnel events. Service data may include the requested URL and route, referrer, browser, device, operating system, and approximate location. Custom event properties may include locale, CTA placement, selected sales-interest category, a public One Talks event or resource identifier, catalog track or format, filter selection, counts, and outcome or error metadata—never names, email addresses, organizations, free text, complete form values, or chat text.
Vercel Speed Insights processes anonymous real-user performance measurements such as route and URL, Web Vitals and element attribution, network class, browser, device, operating system, and country. The application does not send form values or chat content through Speed Insights.
Google Analytics 4 loads only when a valid measurement ID is active and you explicitly allow analytics. It may then process page views and the non-personal interaction events described in the cookie policy and may use the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id>. The application never sends Google names, email addresses, organizations, form values, free text, chat content, or other personally identifiable information through its analytics integration.
If you choose a light or dark theme, the site stores the value under ohc-theme in your browser's local storage. When Google Analytics is configured, the site stores your analytics choice under ohc-analytics-consent so it can keep Google Analytics off or remember your permission on later visits.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, respond to a request made through One, deliver and respond to a sales inquiry, process a registration request for a published One Talks event, respond to an enterprise event request, remember a theme selected by the visitor, and understand aggregate website and funnel performance.
The current website code includes Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. It can also load Google Analytics 4 after explicit permission when a valid measurement ID is configured. It does not include advertising pixels or behavioral advertising profiles, and no analytics integration receives sales-form values, One Talks form values, chat content, or personally identifiable information from the application. This description is not a substitute for an audit of the active hosting, security, email, analytics, or AI provider configurations.
The legal basis for a particular activity depends on the applicable jurisdiction and the factual relationship with the visitor. This notice does not select or claim one legal basis globally.
Providers and international processing
Website delivery, security, analytics, transactional email, and AI responses depend on third-party services. Groq processes chat requests; Vercel provides hosting, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights; Google provides Google Analytics 4 only after explicit permission and when a valid measurement ID is configured; and Resend processes sales inquiries, One Talks event-registration requests, and enterprise event requests when server delivery is enabled.
The relevant legal entities, processing locations, subprocessors, contractual safeguards, and retention settings must be confirmed from the operator's active accounts and agreements before more specific statements can be made. This website does not claim that processing remains in a particular country.
Retention
No universal retention period is stated because the retention settings for infrastructure logs, provider systems, and business email have not been verified.
The application does not persist chat content or submitted sales or One Talks form values in an application database. Operational logs without form content or personally identifiable information, aggregate analytics, transactional-email records, and received inquiries may remain for periods determined by the relevant configuration, provider, legal obligation, or business need.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid using the chat, decline to submit any form or send a mailto draft, change the theme, or clear local browser storage. When Google Analytics is configured, you can allow, decline, or later withdraw analytics permission through Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawal prevents further Google Analytics collection by the application and removes accessible _ga cookies. Do not send confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through the website or chat.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Use the contact at the end of this page so the request can be assessed in its actual legal context.
Children and changes
The website is not designed to request information from children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the chat, sales form, either One Talks form, or email fallback.
This notice may be updated when website behavior, providers, verified operator information, or applicable requirements change. The date shown above identifies this version.
